I've cleared my history and enabled pop-up windows and performed what you've advised below, but the issue persists. It says "Darn. Upload failed (probably our fault). Try again and if the problem persists contact us". I'm not sure why this is happening as the browser health check comes up all green.
QuickBooks Self-Employed accepts CSV format for your bank transactions. If it's saved in another format, that could be the reason you are getting an error. I can show you how to save or covert your file to CSV.
Open the file with your bank transactions.
Click on the File menu.
Choose a drive (where you want to save the file).
Enter the Filename.
Select CSV (Comma delimited) from the Save as type drop-down option.
Click on Save.
Then, let's import the file to your QuickBooks Self-Employed. Please follow these steps:
Select theGear ⚙icon at the top.
SelectImport older transactionson the right for the account you want the transactions to belong to.
Follow the instructions onscreen to finish importing your data.
