I have tried the help button, doesn't work, and in an answer to a similar question it appears that the self employed versions and company versions differ hugely, even in as much as I have no option to leave feedback in settings!
I absolutely need to add my address to invoices, and am surprised that this is not standard. Please advise, thanks.

Hi Joanna70,
Welcome to our Community.
You are correct in that the Self Employed and the Small to Medium Business version, QuickBooks Online, do differ in terms of functionality.
That being said, there is a Feedback option within Self Employed and this can be accessed by clicking on the Help option in the top right of the screen. This will bring you to the Knowledge Base and give you the option to submit feedback by clicking on the We Love Feedback button.
You can also add your address to your invoice by clicking on the 'Edit work info' function on the bottom toolbar within the New Invoice screen. You will also be able to add your contact number and a logo to your invoice from this options menu.
Let me know if you have any further queries

Great thank you, I was able to add my address. The Help button also now seems to be working, it was broken in both Vivaldi and Chrome at the time.
No worries Joanna70.

Hi
I have been emailing you to get this sorted and I've been told that the engineers are working on it but I am at breaking point as it has taken so long to resolve.
I am unable to edit any of my work info and cannot change my business name or email and cannot add a logo. My reference number is [removed]
Please can you sort this issue for me
Would you know what this error message is:
Tried to set up self employed and to send an invoice, this message came up on sending.
"Oops, something went wrong. Maybe try again later."
Any ideas when I need to do, I'm using the free trial period, assuming that it works like normal.
Thanks
Usually it means it's logged you out, simply log back in again, I always refresh the page to check when going back to QB as it will allow you to take all that time to type up an invoice without telling you you're not logged in, then just not send it. Not helpful.
Quickbooks, when will you add the option of setting up payments for those using the Self Employed version? It would be so much easier for my customers if they were able to select a 'pay now' link directly from my invoice instead of jotting down my bank details to then log into their online bank account to make the payment. If i/we can already do this, how do i/we do it?
Thanks
Hi,
Thanks for joining this conversation. Allow me to chime in and help make sure this is taken care of.
I can see how having this feature would make it easier to record payments in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). While this option isn't available yet, rest assured that I'm going to submit a request from my side, which is sent to the Product Development Team. They're constantly looking for great ideas from users, like yourself, when deciding how to enhance QuickBooks.
I also invite you to send feedback as well. This can be done by visiting this link: https://selfemployeduk.uservoice.com/
Thanks for being a part of our QuickBooks family. Please feel free to post again or leave a comment should you need anything else. I'll be happy to help. Cheers!
Hi there
I am unable to save my UK address in the self employed quick books page, there is definitely a bug on this page as whilst you are typing the address it switches pages to the new invoice page. I really need to be able create invoices it's the whole reasons I chose quick books! can anyone help please?
I get this error message: We were unable to save your information correctly. Please fill out all fields and try again. (Invalid address.state)
Thanks
Hello claireshore,
Are you doing this on a browser or the app?
Thanks,
Talia
Hi Talia
I was doing this online on my laptop. When I created a test invoice it actually works fine. But weirdly it doesn't save in the edit screen. Something to feedback to your team, def a bug
Thanks for your quick reply!
Have you received the same error when using other browsers? Has the address now saved since using the invoice?
Yes tried in internet explorer and same message, no hasnt saved
Could you please try this in Chrome? If you have already done so, then please try clearing the cache & cookies in your browser. Make sure to select all time as the time range, and then refresh QuickBooks once cleared. ry to save the invoice again and let us know if you get the same message.
Thanks,
Talia
