Hi usersuzanneflux, thanks for joining us here on the Community - is this issue only impacting one customer, and are the invoices sent on the same day or over specific intervals?
It is happening on two customers only, I've spoken to the help desk today and they are not sure why it's happening.
We think the issue is on the email cc and bcc not the customer email, I sometimes get one email but on the customers with issues 2 or 3.
We've checked some settings so will see what happens next time. I will probably start each invoice from new rather than copy the last ones. I did try that earlier with no luck but will give it another go next time.

Hopefully changing those settings will fix this, however, please get back to us below if you're continuing to experience the issue. Hi, I'm having a similar issue. I opt to receive a cc of my invoices and today it sent them to me 4-5 times each invoice. This has never happened before.

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so the invoices will not be sent multiple times.
There are times that the browser you're using had a data issue, thus causing QuickBooks to act weirdly. To verify, let's log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. To do so, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:
Once logged in, go back to the My Team window again to double-check. If this works, you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I suggest switching to a different one.

I am having the same issue, with quotations. Every quotation i send out to my clients , they are getting duplicates, I am also getting duplicates of every quotation sent out.
I check the CC and BCC each time to make sure that it is clear and yet duplicate quotes are being sent to client. Is there a fix for this or how do i rectify this please.

Currently, we don't have any similar reported issues with our support team. Do you usually send the estimate/quote from the web version of QuickBooks, or the app?
If sending from the web, please clear the cache and Intuit-specific cookies on your usual web browse to see if this fixes for future transactions. If using the app, please uninstall and reinstall the app to the latest version available in your app store.
Our invoices are set up to be sent manually and QBO sent them twice late at night 10:19 PM. Why? No one was logged in at that time and this is what the activity shows
