Hello Mr Tangerine Man, thanks for posting on the Community Pahe, so you could do it like that as presumably one of them will just have No VAT on it, however if the other becomes VAT registered in the future and requires a separate return it will cause problems. It will also depend on whether or not you need to submit separate accounts to companies house. We would advise and it will be best speaking to an accountant for further information on what your trying to do as they will be able to guide you more on this as we are just technical support here.
