Hello, I've tried replying to emails but I'm getting bouncebacks.
Thanks for trying to fix this issue, but it isn't resolved after clearing cache and cookies (including Intuit-specific ones) and restarting. I've been able to access my account and send an urgent invoice once properly since I raised the issue, but I had to use someone else's laptop to do so. Obviously, this isn't going to work going forward.
I want to close my account as soon as I have all my data out of it, as I am currently paying for something I can't use.

Hello Lauren, did you clear your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and log back in? does the exact same thing still happen getting the we're fetching your data?
