Hello, I've tried replying to emails but I'm getting bouncebacks.
Thanks for trying to fix this issue, but it isn't resolved after clearing cache and cookies (including Intuit-specific ones) and restarting. I've been able to access my account and send an urgent invoice once properly since I raised the issue, but I had to use someone else's laptop to do so. Obviously, this isn't going to work going forward.
I want to close my account as soon as I have all my data out of it, as I am currently paying for something I can't use.
