Hi there, sam-thecommunity.

 

I'll provide information on why emailing payslips only sends to new employees added. Then, share steps so you're able to send payslips to all employees.

 

It might be the old employees don't have the email address in their profile. That's why when you email the payslips, QuickBooks only sends them to the newly added employees. I suggest checking all the employee's profiles to verify if you have entered their email address.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Employees at the left panel. Then, choose the Employees section.
  2. Choose the employee and click it to expand the page.
  3. Click the pencil icon under Personal details.
  4. Check if you have entered the email. If not, fill in the email field.
  5. Hit Save.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend downloading the payslips and email manually to the employees. Please follow the steps below.

 

  1. Click Workers on the left pane.
  2. Select Employees.
  3. Click the Paycheck list hyperlink.
  4. Select the NET PAY of your employee.
  5. Click Print.
  6. In the PDF page, select the Download icon. Then, email the payslip to your employees.

 

However, I'd still suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account to investigate the cause of why the payslips only send to new employees added.

2. At the top right, click the Help icon.

3. Click Contact Us.
