I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Technical Team so they can help check the status of your subscription. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment. 

 

Here's how to get in touch with them:

  1. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  2. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
