What you would need to do is get a QuickBooks Online account by either ringing the sales team on 0808 168 9533 or using this link here to purchase a QuickBooks Online account. Once you have an Online account you will then need to ring QuickBooks support line on 0808 234 5337 which is open mon to fri 8am to 7pm and is free from any UK mobile or landline and the agent on the phone will then be able to raise the request for the migration to data services for you and then data services will be in touch with you with any updates.
