Can someone please advise me how I can record a credit card cashback payment and then use it to pay invoices.

My accountant told me to enter the cashback as 'other income' but then I cannot pay invoices with 'other income' so I think it must be in the wrong place.

Basically I want to record it as an income and then spend it to pay bills.
