I have looked into the MBNA credit card connection and found no reported problems, NG2424. I will provide you with the necessary instructions to address your concern.

 

There are certain errors that prevent your financial data from syncing. If you happen to encounter one, please follow the troubleshooting procedures in this article to be guided in resolving it: Fix bank errors in QuickBooks OnlineIf there's none, let us manually update your bank in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to refresh its connection. Follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Go to the Transactions tab, then navigate to the Banking section (Take me there).
  2. Choose the bank account
  3. Select the Update button at the top right of the page.

 

If the issue persists, I advise reaching out to your financial institution or visiting their website to check for any notifications about downtime issues. It could be disrupting the online bank connection to QBO.

 

If everything is functioning well on their end, log into your account using an incognito window or switch to a different compatible browser to optimize your banking experience within the program. Websites like QBO experience browser malfunction caused by stored internet cache files.

 

In the meantime, you can manually upload transactions into the system. However, please note the transactions may re-download once the connection is back. If so, you'll need to exclude them to prevent duplicates.
