In the meantime, let's check for any browser-related issues using a private browsing window. A corrupted cache file often causes unusual behaviour when using the program for various business tasks.

 

Here’s how you can test this by using a private browser window:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
  • Control + Option + P (Safari)

 

If you can submit it successfully, please clear your regular browser's cache to refresh the website's preferences. If the same issue occurs, we can consider using other supported browsers as alternatives.
