Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Jessta27. We can have this checked by our Live support team to understand what's causing the error about uploading bills in QuickBooks Online.

 

To reach them, follow these steps:
 

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Select the Search tab, then type in Contact Us.
  3. Click Contact Us at the bottom of the page.
  4. Describe what happens when uploading your bills in the box provided.
  5. Click Continue and then choose the Callback option.
