QuickBooks Web Connect

Is anyone else having trouble with QuickBooks Web Connect today?  When I troubleshoot I get an error message that reads "Authentication Failed" and when I try to sync with my time keeping software I get a message that says their certificate was revoked (they assure me that is not the case).

Thanks for posting in the Community forum and bringing this concern to our attention, Marla1.

 

Currently, there's on-going issue about Web Connector Revoked Certificate. And our Engineering team are actively working to fix this for you. To receive live updates about the status of the investigation, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team, so they'll add you to the list of affected users. 

 

To reach them, here's how:

 

  1. On your QuickBooks account, go to the Help menu at the top.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help
  3. Choose Contact Us
  4. Enter the issue or topic in the field box. 
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions.
