Hi! I have perfectly registered the company email but I don't receive the QBO invoice for the services -and I received the confirmation of the email registration so I can get emails from you guys-, I tried changing the email and still don't receive the invoice. It's a bit curious that it's easy to forward invoices from all vendors except for the vendor that provides the bookkeeping services. What am I doing wrong?I already called the customer services and they didn't solve it either. Thanks for the help
