Hi! I have perfectly registered the company email but I don't receive the QBO invoice for the services -and I received the confirmation of the email registration so I can get emails from you guys-, I tried changing the email and still don't receive the invoice. It's a bit curious that it's easy to forward invoices from all vendors except for the vendor that provides the bookkeeping services. What am I doing wrong?I already called the customer services and they didn't solve it either. Thanks for the help

Are yo referring to the QuickBooks monthly subscription invoice? If so, there are a few options available to access it.

 

Here's how to access in QuickBooks subscription invoices:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and settings.
  3. Click the Billing and subscription tab.
  4. In view payment history, you'll find your entire billing history, downloadable in PDF format since 1 January 2018.
  5. If you would like to access subscription invoices before 1 January 2018, please reach out to our support team.

 

For accountant subscription invoice, here's how:

 

  1. Select the Gear icon, then select Subscriptions and billing.
  2. Click the Billing information tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks billing history section, you'll find your entire billing history, downloadable in PDF format since 1 January 2018.
  4. If you would like to access your subscription invoices prior to 1 January 2018, please reach out to our support team.
