Bank account not updating

I see the challenges you're experiencing as you update your bank, Loriburge, and clahoda.

 

Since you've mentioned that you already tried to update your banks, unlink, and relink it to QuickBooks Online, it's best to sign in to your bank's website. If everything's working well yet you still can't update your account in your QuickBooks Online account, I suggest using other supported web browsers or private browsers. This way, it'll rule out any browsing history or cached files causing the problem. Here are the shortcut keys for accessing private browsers:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our online support. This way, this matter will be investigated as soon as possible. You may contact them using this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/contact/

 

In the meantime, you can manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online

Bank account not updating

I've been having the same issue.  My Etsy banking account has not updated for 10 months!!!  I've gone thru and tried to "update" and "refresh all" but after the wheel spins a bit, it says "last updated 10 months ago."  I need to get my taxes going, so if Quickbooks can't update, I'm going to have to cancel my subscription and look for a different app to help organize my business.  This is ridiculous. I tried to "ask the community" twice, and Quickbooks has never sent me a link to my question.

I understand the urgency of updating your bank account information to process your taxes, @lydiajk

 

Since you already performed all the necessary troubleshooting processes, I recommend getting in touch with our Phone Support team for further investigation. They are well-equipped with tools that can securely pull up your account and identify the main cause of the issue. You can contact them by following the steps below:
 

  1. Go to Help (?) and select Contact Us.
  2. If you’re using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, tap the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
  3. Enter “talk to a human”, then select Continue.
  4. Select which way you want to connect with us.
  • Have us call you - Get a call from a support expert.
  • Chat with us - Start a conversation with a support expert.

 

Be sure to review their support hours for further so you'll know when agents are available.
