Can you share if you've encountered any unusual behaviors as go along with QuickBooks Online? I wouldn't like to see you go. Though, I am still here to help and provide you the steps on how to close your account in the Online product.
We'll need to cancel your subscription. Afterward, you will no longer pay for the subscription. Even if it's canceled, you can still view your account, but you're unable to add any data to it. It will be deleted from our system after a year.
Below are things to follow:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Click Account and Settings under Your Company.
- Select Billing & Subscription tab.
- In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. Then, select submit cancel subscription.
- Hit Got it.
