I've checked our records and haven't seen any similar record same as yours, @mugelbbub.
Since Community is a public forum, we're unable to check the reasons behind the return lines showing for May with identical dates and values when submitting CIS returns with two different status.
I highly recommend contacting our Phone Support team. They have tools such as screen-sharing (remote access) that can pull up your account in a secure environment and check this odd behavior. They can also perform other troubleshooting steps to fix this for you.
Here's how to reach them:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
- Select Contact US on the pop-up.
- Enter what you're needing assistance with in the How can we help? field and choose Continue.
- Once done, select the Start a chat or Get a callback option.
