I have been having the same problems when trying to connect to Santander business.
Santander say their system is OK, I have been battling with this for weeks
I have two different business accounts at Santander that are both accessed from the same Santander Login details.
I have two different quickbooks subscriptions on different email addresses.
Business 1 bank accounts connect OK to Quickbooks and I have been using it OK. Firefox browser on a windows 10 PC
The problems started when I tried to connect another PC that I use for my other Business number 2 to the Quickbooks subscription that I have for my business 2.
All the errors mentioned in this thread. 102 and 503 etc. I was also trying to use Firefox on windows 10.
I did eventually get this working by using edge browser for my second business on my second PC.
So for anyone having connection problems try a different browser and make sure any adblocking is disabled.

Hi mark.
thanks for this. However when I complete option 7 that’s where the problem starts. Santander text me a OTP one time passcode to my phone. And you have to input this code to confirm. The passcode comes as a mix of numbers letters. The system only allows numbers and won’t allow letters. I don’t know what too do
Hello there, Roger folliard.
I've tried entering an OTP, and I was able to connect a bank.
Let's try connecting your Santander bank on a private or incognito window. This helps us isolate if a cache issue is preventing you to enter a password with letters.
You can use this keyboard shortcuts:
If it works, we’ll need to clear your browser’s cache to optimize the its performance and your QBO experience.
Also, try to use different browser like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox.
You can always get back to me if you're able to connect your bank after the troubleshooting steps. Thank you.
