1st time = Check for any typos or other errors (103)
2nd time = Sign in to the santander (UK) site. Then return here and try connecting agai. (103)
3rd time = Check our support site for help resolving this issue. You can also contact a customer care agent there. (103)
From the screenshot, I can see you are attempting to connect through the personal Santander option. Could you please go to add account and search for Satander in the bar? This should give you an option for Santander Business Banking. Please try to connect through this, and let us know if you are able to connect.
Hi. I seem to be having a very similar problem. Same error codes, same everything but I am definitely trying to connect to my business account on Santander. The only thing I can assume is that I have two business accounts and one business savings account under the same login. Would this be the cause because I can't find any other.

You'll have to make sure that you're using the correct login credentials in connecting your Santander Bank. This can be the reason why you were not able to connect your bank.

I am signed it to the Santander Account, I am using my personal ID (10 digit number), passcode and security number. I have checked, rechecked and again checked everything is matching and I still can't connect the account.
Hello - i'm getting an error when I try to connect to Santander.
I've tried to go on incognito and this doesn't help.

The issue with Santander bank should now be resolved. Can we ask you to clear the cache and cookies in your browser,close the browser,re-open the browser and try to connect to the bank again.
