I am new to quickbooks and transfer money to savings for taxes, however every payment ive put under the wrong category and id like to restart all transactions as going back and undoing all of them would take a long time

A customer has made a duplicate payment and wants to leave it as a credit on their account. How do I process this to remove it from the bank transactions?

I linked my account yesterday but it only shows as far back as February 2026. My accountant asked if I can get it to show my accounts back to April 2025 and seemed to think it was possible but I don’t know how.

I have set up my Quickbooks account and tbh didn’t really know what I was doing. The way this has been set up is completely wrong for my business. Am I able to delete everything and start again?
We have bought some items from Amazon lets say it was for £100 which we've paid for. We've then returned some items for £20. Both of these transactions have automatically come into the bank. Now I've downloaded the invoice/bill which Amazon now has for £80 and the credit note for £20. How do I process these matching everthing off in the bank?
Not pulling transactions
Ive checked the accounts are still in the Accounts section, I've even tried adding them again but I'm just getting error messages. I can't delete and re-add them without losing all previous data, which would skew my accounts.
Before I disconnected and reconnected my bank account I could see all transactions and most of them were categorised. Now I can't see my accounts going back to year 2023. Is there a way to reset the account to before I un linked my account?
Cannot seem to connect to bank account goes through the process but does not send me back to QuickBooks site either blank screen or the approval screen to start connecting
