Where do I find reconcile on the app?

Reconciliation isn't currently supported in the QuickBooks Online mobile app. To reconcile your accounts, sign in to QuickBooks using a web browser.   

Here's how to start a reconciliation:   

1. Go to All apps in the left menu, select Accounting, and choose Reconcile.
2. Pick the account you want to reconcile.
3. Check for any messages about past reconciliations and fix them before starting.
4. Verify that your beginning balance in QuickBooks matches your bank statement.
5. Enter the ending balance and ending date from your statement.
6. Add any service charges or interest earned if your account isn't connected to online banking.
7. Select Start reconciling.
8. Compare each transaction in QuickBooks with your statement:
   • Select the check box if the transaction matches.
   • Edit the transaction in QuickBooks if details differ slightly.
   • Leave the check box empty if the transaction isn't on your statement.
9. When the difference reaches £0.00, select Finish now.
