I understand you need to get this sorted out urgently, especially after dealing with an illness.

Since you have already resubscribed and updated your bank card details, the first step is to verify whether the payment went through successfully. If you’re billed through us, you can check your payment history by signing in to your Intuit Account Manager.

  1. Log in to accounts.intuit.com.
  2. Go to the Products & billing tab.
  3. Select Payment history.

If it was processed successfully, I recommend contacting our Intuit Expert team. This way, we can look closely at your account and help you fully reactivate it.

Otherwise, you’ll have to enter the card details and make sure everything is correct. Remove any special characters and symbols from the billing address. Then, verify that it matches the card exactly.

If you are billed through a third party (Apple App Store or Google Play), you can reach out to their respective support teams for immediate assistance with your account reactivation.

Let me know if you need any further guidance.
