Hi aballoysltd, thanks for getting back in touch
Most of the Barclays links offered in QuickBooks are for UK or US accounts. The link that you use when logging into your bank online would need to match one of the listed URLs (shown under the bank name when linking an account in QuickBooks).
If your account doesn't show as an available account to select during the connection process, this means that it is not yet supported on Open Banking in QuickBooks.
You can request support for your bank by selecting the option Still can't find your provider? (after entering your bank name or URL) where you'll be directed to enter the provider's name and sign-in URL.
