We have upgraded our bank feed connection to open banking, Nicky8. Since it provides more accurate and reliable bank feeds.
The connection will be available in phases. You'll see a banner on the Banking page if it's ready. For more information, here's an article about upgrading your bank feed connection to Open Banking.
In the meantime, if it's not yet available for savings or credit card account, you can manually import the transactions through WebConnect or Excel CSV file.

You'll want to contact our QuickBooks support again to check on the email you received. If you've received an email about being able to reconnect HSBC but it still doesn't work, they can check your account.
Note that our support hours is open from 6 AM-6 PM PT Monday-Friday. We have limited staffing due to COVID-19.
