Hello Paulboxphoto, thanks for posting on the Community page, the work around is to import your transactions via csv until the issue is fully resolves this article here will help you with this.
This issue is also driving me mad . I can’t import CSV as the coop business bank doesn’t have it as an option . Just pdf txt or xls.
How else can I upload the banking in the mean time ? and when will this be fixed ?

Regarding the supported file that your bank provides, I suggest utilizing a third-party application or a CSV file converter tool to convert the file into a CSV format so you can manually upload it to QBO.
