My Santander conduit requested 90 day approval this morning (sooner than expected). Which I did. Now it’s not updating.

Hello there, @MrComputing,

 

You can download the file from your bank’s website. Here are the steps:

 

  1. Log in to your bank's website.
  2. Follow your bank's online process to download your transactions to your computer.
  3. Choose the .CSV file.
  4. Name the file you downloaded and save.

 

Once done, you'll want to import the file to QBO. You can refer to this article for the steps: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. It also has the information to categorize and match transactions.

yup, I understand that. I have had to do that on my credit card since the QBO conduit stopped working a couple of months ago with no sign of a replacement conduit in the pipeline.

 

Now my Santander current and savings accounts cant update for whatever reason and a lot of the benefits of using QBO are falling away.

 

I can't help but feel that without the benefits that come with paying for QBO..... why pay for it.

 

I save a lot of my personal time with the accounts updating automatically and it's one of the main reasons that I subscribe. I am now having to waste a lot of my personal time trying to get them working again and manually uploading as well.

 

If they can't be made to work then I may as well cancel my subscription.

I want to ensure you'll get the right help in updating your Santander Bank account. Let's try checking with your bank if there are ongoing system maintenance.

 

Otherwise, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care for further investigation and to identify the cause on why you're unable to update your bank.

 

Here's how you can reach us:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.
