According to my bank, feeds are set up from both my current account and savings account (a subaccount of my current account), but QB will not update the savings feeds?

It does update the current account feeds automatically though. So the system tells me that it is working.

Hello, @foredensolutions

Can you tell us more about the bank that you're having trouble with? That'll help us check to see if there's an ongoing issue with it.

Let's try to update your accounts manually to pull up new transactions:

  1. Go to the Banking menu on the left menu.
  2. Select the Bank and click on Update.

Check this article for more information about this: What to do if bank transactions won’t download or there's a bank error.

I'm always here if you need further help. Stay safe and have a wonderful day!

Hi MaryJoyD,

The bank is HSBC. I have already disconnected both accounts and then reconnected them.

It hasn't resolved the issue.

Thanks, Deborah

I appreciate you getting back to us and performing some troubleshooting steps, Deborah.

Let's try updating your bank account sign-in information to get your savings bank account's transactions downloaded to QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. Click Banking from the left menu.
  2. Choose the HSBC bank from the list.
  3. Select the pencil icon to edit, then click the Edit sign-in info button.1.PNG
  4. Enter your username and password and select Save and connect.

Once done, QuickBooks will try to connect with your bank to verify your information. Then, click I'm done, Let's go! if you see a confirmation message.

You can read this article for more details: How to update your bank account sign-in information.

If the issue persists, I'd highly recommend contacting our Phone Support Team. This way, they can investigate this matter further and create an investigation ticket if other users experiencing the same. They can also provide additional troubleshooting steps to get this resolved.
