I can share some tips on how you can bring in your bank transactions, info1337.
To successfully import your bank transactions, please make sure that your CSV file is formatted correctly. You can check the pointers that I've listed below:
Alternatively, you can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. It could be that the stored temporary internet file is the reason why you're unable to upload your bank transactions. You can start by accessing your QuickBooks account in a private/incognito browsing window. Doing this process will help identify if it's a browser-related issue since this mode doesn't save cache and cookies. Feel free to use the shortcut keys below:
Once you're in, please import the CSV file again. If working well, you'll have to go back to your regular browser then initiate a clear cache to get rid of accumulated junk files. You may also use other supported browsers to further isolate this issue. It's possible that the one you're currently working on may have a temporary issue with QuickBooks. Utilizing a different one in the meantime will help you get back to work.
Additionally, here's an article that you can read to help manage your downloaded bank transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed:

Hi KlentB
I am trying to upload a CSV file from Monzo. I have already uploaded statements using exactly the same process with success but keeps failing to upload the last file I have and gives me the 'Darn, file upload failed (Probably our fault).... please contact a member of the team'.
Can you help atal? I've tried everything from this thread and any other tread I can find on the error message with no luck. Thanks!
Thanks
Chris
Hi Chris, Is it a file from numbers or excel? Can we ask you to right-click on the date column and format cell and select the right date range and save. To remove any columns other than date description and amount(money in and out) and save and then try and upload again.Let us know if that works for you.
Thankyou EmmaM
Its in Google Sheets, I'm trying to import a specific date range as the Auto import when I connected my accounts didn't go back far enough but I don't want to import duplicate transactions, so after I downloaded from Monzo I have opened in Google Sheets to delete the offending rows then download as a CSV again. Annoyingly Mozno isn't offering me the option to download a specific date range as a CSV.
In the date column I believe the date format is correct? DD/MM/YYYY but some are formatted to the right some to the left! As I said the others worked fine but this one is proving tricky, apologies my spread sheet knowledge is not great.

Hello Community Users, we just wanted to pop in and add some tips for getting the CSV file to import. Generally formatting the columns helps. We have added an article on how to do that here
which also includes a helpful video. We've left a summary of the main steps below for quick viewing.
If you would like us to go into the formatting in more detail, please feel free to ask here on this thread.
