I have an existing izettle account, how do i link it to my quickbooks online?

I'll share the steps with you on how to link a third-party app in QuickBooks Online, james-braund.

Let's go to the Apps menu and check if iZettle is one if the supported apps that can be integrated in the program. Here's how:

1. Go to the Apps menu and proceed to the Find Apps tab.
2. Type in the name of the app in the Search bar and press Enter.
3. You can also click the drop-down list for Browse category and select a category.

Just in case iZettle is not a supported app, you can still import your customer payments and banking transactions as a CCV file. Let me share this article with you as a guide: Import Bank Transactions Using Excel CSV Files.

Nope, not there. Which is strange as I keep getting 'offered' the chance to sign up to take card payments via quickbooks, using the PayPal izettle (bought out by paypal this year) card payment system. But won't let me take advantage of the offer as I am an existing user ??

Allow me to share additional insights towards the connection between your app and QuickBooks.

There's no integration available yet between your app and QuickBooks. Thus, you need to set up iZettle as a bank account in the program, then manually record your iZettle sales.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Accounting tab from the left menu. 
2. On the Chart of Accounts tab, select New at the upper right. 
3. Choose the Account and Detail types and make iZettle as the name. 
4. Click Save and Close. 

Once done, you're now ready to create your transactions from the (+) New menu, or import an Excel CSV file as suggested by JenoP above.

Hello Community Users, We just wanted to pop in and add to this thread that the Zettle by Paypal (formerly Izettle) connection is available to integrate as a third party app in Quickbooks Online. More details can be found here.

We do need to add at  the moment you need to be VAT registered as the integration needs that on in Quickbooks Online to run. Any questions feel free to add them onto this thread.
