Can I ask what bank account is it that you have to keep on reconnecting?
Do you get the same thing when you log on, in the web browser?
Is there any error codes or messages showing up at all as well?
It’s a starling business account. No transactions show up at all unless I reconnect the account every time. No error codes. Its very annoying.
