Before we proceed, could you please confirm the name of the bank account that is displaying the missing transactions? Any additional details you can provide will help us in resolving the issue.
In the meantime, I recommend logging into your bank's website to check for any messages, notifications, or alerts that may require your attention. Sometimes, bank system maintenance or server issues can lead to delays.
If everything is good, we can troubleshoot by manually updating your account to bring in transactions and refresh the connection between your bank and the program.
Here's how:
- Go to the Transactions, then Bank transactions.
- Select the blue tile for your linked account.
- Click Update.
Once the update is finished, please review the For Review tab to locate the missing transactions. If the transactions for July 30 have not been synchronised yet, you can manually upload them. If any duplicate transactions appear, you'll need to exclude them.
