We are working closely with your bank to provide Open Banking connections for as many banking products as possible. While we do so, you can import your bank transactions using data uploads. You can also refer to this article for updates on new connections as they become available:Understanding if you can upgrade your bank feeds to Open Banking.
If your bank account is already available for connection, you'll have to upgrade or refresh to our new Open Banking connection. Our phone support team can also notify you via email and we'll link your account to the notification list. They can also give you further instructions about the credits.
Here's how to contact us:
- Go to the Help menu and click Contact us.
- Enter your question something like Co-Op bank not working.
- Click Let's talk.
- Select Chat to message us.
