You are troubleshooting with me. I’ve gone through this already. Over and over again.
if you work for QB I need someone who is technically trained. Who can find my lost receipts in the cloud. Who can figure out why the online is not syncing with the mobile app. Who can explain why in transactions, the hard copy receipts snapped on the mobile app are available, yet the ones transferred from email/online receipts are a blank screen!!
