Do you have 2 users on your bank account?
Are you selecting Barclays Business Banking (UK) as the option on the banking section when you are re adding the connection?

no i dont have 2 users.. i am trying to connect with barclays business. it has connected before but needs to reconnect

Do you enter an MFA code generated from a pincentry device when logging into your Online Bank usually (not thorugh QuickBooks) or is this a pin code/memorable word?
