Hello Foster-donna,
Welcome to the community page,
what is the bank and type of accounts you are trying to connect in Quickbooks?
The bank accounts are with Barlcays Bank. Our main account is ok and updating but the two other accounts will not reconnect, i have tried about 5 times now over a period of days.
Hello Foster-donna,
What are the two other accounts with Barclays you are trying to connect are they saving accounts or credit cards? Do you get any error messages or codes on the two accounts when trying to connect them in Quickbooks?
Hi There
The accounts are normal bank accounts, we don't get any error message, it just shows that the account needs to reconnect
Hello Foster-donna,

Ok thanks will do.
I have the same issue. Current account connects, savings account does not. No error messages.
What was the solution?
Hi F1Andy,
Which bank provider is your savings account with?
It may be that this specific account type is no longer supported via an Open Bank connection - most temporary bank errors can be fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting the account within QuickBooks. You can do this by going to Banking > Select the pencil icon showing above the bank balance > Select 'Edit account info' > Select 'Disconnect this account on save' and save.
To add this back, go to Baking > Link account > Search and select the provider > Follow the on-screen flow to re-connect. If your account doesn't appear when re-directed to the banks' site during the connection process then this suggests that the bank is not currently supported on Open Banking with QuickBooks.
Thanks!
