I have the same problem. The help given didn't work. Still nothing appears.
I am having the same problem. I have run the August payroll and there is no option to submit the FPS. There is nothing outstanding on the to-do list. I have tried deleting the problem and re-running the payroll but that does not solve the issue. Also no option exists to submit an FPS elsewhere
Exactly and clearing the browsers cache doesn't work either. It seems like a problem at their end but doesn't help us at all. I have also deleted & tried again but it doesn't work. At least we are not alone.

Currently, there's an ongoing investigation (INV-110905 ) into getting an error where customers are unable to submit FPS as not being generated on Payroll Tax in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Rest assured that our Engineering Team is dedicated to working to implement a solution that will fix this issue. We have an ongoing issue with being unable to submit FPS to HMRC. Please be assured that our engineers are diligently working to identify the cause of the problem and provide you with a resolution.

I'm having the same issue since the recent update to the payroll system with the option of automatic payroll (which I'm not using). We have also lost what seems to be all of our records except from the last July 2024 payrun.
Would like to be able to submit our FPS to HMRC soon, they do like to post out £100 fines for late submissions promptly...
