I have the same problem. The help given didn't work. Still nothing appears.
I am having the same problem. I have run the August payroll and there is no option to submit the FPS. There is nothing outstanding on the to-do list. I have tried deleting the problem and re-running the payroll but that does not solve the issue. Also no option exists to submit an FPS elsewhere
Exactly and clearing the browsers cache doesn't work either. It seems like a problem at their end but doesn't help us at all. I have also deleted & tried again but it doesn't work. At least we are not alone.
I am having the same problem. I have also run the August payroll and there is no option to submit the FPS. There is nothing outstanding on the to-do list.
I'm having the same issue since the recent update to the payroll system with the option of automatic payroll (which I'm not using). We have also lost what seems to be all of our records except from the last July 2024 payrun.
Would like to be able to submit our FPS to HMRC soon, they do like to post out £100 fines for late submissions promptly...

I have a similar problem - it seems QB hasn't been posting a journal entry for my employees salary AND it has posted '0' for salary and tax in the FPS. This started late 2024 and because I've paid the income tax to HMRC they are now investigating why I've credited them! Furthermore - when I look back through my previous payroll summaries, they only go back a couple of months - all the previous data has been lost!
Quickbooks - it seems there are a lot of people with this issue - just do something about it rather than telling people to blog on about it and try various things that don't work!!
