Is paysuite not available in quickbooks anymore? I am wanting to add payroll, some of my employees are paid every two weeks, this isnt available in basic payroll?

To answer your first question, PaySuite is still available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). These articles have more information:

As for the second question, if you're trying to turn on or add QBO Payroll, you can only change the pay schedule if:

• There's no payroll that was submitted yet, or.
• The first payroll was deleted.

Here's how:

1. In QuickBooks, go to the Gear icon and pick Account and Settings under Your Company column
2. Select Payroll at the left pane, then click Pay schedule.
3. Enter the necessary changes, then Save.

HI @IamjuViel thank you for the response, could you advise the best way to run payroll as I have employees on different pay schedules and cannot do this as advanced payroll is not available yet?

Yes, as mentioned by my colleague juVielL, the integration with Paysuite is no longer available/supported. However, there's an upcoming payroll support which can be available in QBO. As of now, we don't have any estimated time to when it'll be published. For further details and information, I suggest getting in touch with our Support Team.

Hello Neal,

You can turn on the beta version of the Advanced payroll by going to the cog wheel > QuickBooks Labs > and Install under QuickBooks Advanced Payroll.

As of now, it is only supported via email, you can get in touch with this team via qboap_support@intuit.com if you have any questions about using the system.
