We ran the March 2020 payroll in Paysuite but it has not migrated.
Welcome back to the Community, @JohnatYoungEngineers.
To ensure that I'm on the same page, may I know when you migrated from PaySuite to QuickBooks Online (QBO) Standard/Advanced Payroll? Any additional information will help me provide the best resolution.
Once you upgraded or migrated, PaySuite will be unavailable as we move your data to your chosen payroll product. Also, everything should be moved over a day after. You can see them by going to the Employees menu in QBO.
For more information, consider checking out this article: Upgrading from PaySuite - FAQ.

We ran and approved the March payroll on Saturday 28 March, after which I took a backup as suggested by yourselves. You informed us that you would migrate us to the new Standard payroll on Tuesday 7 April and you seem to have done so. The Payroll screen shows that the March payroll is overdue and states that there are 2 outstanding submissions to HMRC.
In addition there are duplicate records for many of our employees, although much of the employees information is missing on the duplicates.
Hello, @JohnatYoungEngineers.

Since the Community space is a public forum, I’d recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team. They have the tools to securely pull up your account and retrace the migration process.

My concerns were all resolved by Dezza Marie M. Top class and very knowledgeable person!!

Hi JohnatYoungEngineers,
I am currently going through something similar.
Would you be able to share what the advice was that helped you.
Kind regards,
Mohamed
Hi Mohamed,
I had two concerns, one was duplicate employee records. I was advised to delete the one that was incomplete, and I did so.
The indication that the March payroll was overdue is a known error arising from the migration. Payroll is unavailable just now but if I remember correctly, towards the right of the screen it shows the tax year as 18/19. Click on that and select 19/20 and the erroneous messages disappear. As you know that you did run the March payroll and paid your staff there is nothing more to do.
I hope this helps.
