Payroll won’t work. I click run payroll & it loads for a while & then asks me to save and view draft but doesn’t show any information or allow me to change anything

I am running payroll in preparation for Friday and when I click on run payroll it goes to the next window and asked me to save and view draft but it doesn’t show list of employees or allow me to enter/change amounts like it normally does. When I click save and view draft it’s still blank on the next page

  1. Click the Help menu at the upper-right. 
  2. Enter Talk to a human.
  3. Select Live chat.
  4. Enter a brief description of your concern and click Let's talk.
  5. Select the Chat option.

Hello, thank you for getting back to me 

 

I tried clearing cookies/browser history etc already and that didn’t work. 

I have tried to do it on my iPhone, my iPad and my laptop and none seem to work. I have the same things come up on both iPhone and iPad. On my laptop I just get a blank screen when I click run.

 

it was working fine last month. I have been using it for nearly 2 years now and never had this problem before
