In this instance, we will need to verify this matter by checking your account. However, the Community is a public forum and we do not have access to your account. Therefore, I recommend contacting our Payroll support team, as they have the required tools to safely and securely examine your account.

To do that:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Click the Help button.
3. In the QuickBooks Assistance chat box, select Talk to a human and choose I still need a human.
4. Then, hit Contact Us.
