Please I cant control in arranging of columns specially Vat percentage and amount as the attached photo so, How I can control it ?
Hi there, Abd-Elmoity Elsamahy.
Thank you for posting here in QuickBooks Community. I'd appreciate you for providing the screenshot to resolve your issue.
The numbering in customizing the order for Invoice Template is automatically filled. You can arrange the numbers on your own, but there isn't an option to change the Vat percentage and Amount.
However, you can import your own template in QuickBooks so you're able to design on your own. With this, you can manually arrange the information you'll see on the invoice. For additional information and to see the process, you can click this article: Use and customize form templates.

Hi Abd-Elmoity Elsamahy,
The screenshots shared by my colleague are for the United State version. Right now, the Color and Material columns are not available in the United Kingdom version. However, I have a workaround that you may want to consider.
We can use Other as either the Color or Material field.
Feel free to have a look at these articles for more information when customising template: Use and Customise Form Templates.
Feel free to get back to this thread if there's anything that I can help. Keep safe!
Dear
Your Suggestion in the header I need the column, Is there any updating to UK version to solve this issue to me?
Hi there, @Abd-Elmoity Elsamahy.
Currently, since the option for color and material isn't available for United Kingdom version, you may follow the workaround mentioned by my colleague Adrian_A about using the "Other" as a column.
