Hi there, @rhydyfelin-nonpo.
Currently, there's an investigation between the connection of Co-operative Bank and QuickBooks Online (QBO). Rest assured our engineering team is working closely to provide Open Banking connections to your bank.
In the meantime, you can manually upload your transaction to your QBO account so you'll be able to complete your task. Let me guide you how.
You can also read this article for more detailed steps: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
I also recommend contacting our Support Team so they can add you to the list of affected users. Once the issue is resolved, you'll be updated through your email.
I'm also adding this article that can guide you accurately in reconciling your accounts: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
Do get back to me whenever you have other concerns or questions with your QBO account. I'll be around to help you anytime. Take care and keep safe!
How about doing a manual download when there is only costs ; No income?
I had to convert all my spend's into negative values !
PAIN PAIN PAIN
