Can we first ask you to clear the cache and cookies in your browser by selecting all-time in the date range? Then close the browser down once that has been completed re-open and go back to Quickbooks and the taxes tab. Does it then load?
No still doesn't Load, goes to VAT page, then the green loading icon pops up but never loads.

Thank you for your reply. I have done it all and the response is that the Engineering team is working on it. But apparently is not because the problem is not solved for months.

my issue is not solved either. I contacted the support team too but it is not worth my time anymore ... I just kept refreshing the page until it worked ... (it is not a cache or cookies problem)

What do you mean by "I just kept refreshing the page until it worked"? Are you getting the "old" sales tax center back? If yes, do you have to refresh the page multiple times in one session to get it? Thanks for any additional info you can share.
