Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, it's not possible to switch the product region, you'll need to export any data you've already entered and then cancel the account and take a new subscription from our site here, choosing the appropriate country.

Is it possible to export all my data from one QB account to another?
Hi there, @Tops.
In QuickBooks Online, you can only export your reports and lists from one company to another. You'll have to manually enter your transactions with the new one.
I also suggest visiting our App center to look for an application integrated with QuickBook that can help export all your data. You can search for them through the Apps tab in the left panel and enter the keyword in the search field. You can also click this link for app collections reviews in QuickBooks: https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/home.
