We removed the screenshot and your license number for the security of your account. The Community is a public forum and everyone can see the information you've shared. We also don't have the tools needed to verify the account details and generate a code.

Here's a catch on why you're having problem registering your QuickBooks, William.
With QuickBooks Desktop Service Discontinuation Policy, older versions will no longer receive product updates and cannot access online services (such as Bank Feeds, online registration, and etc.).
QuickBooks 2015 is one of the discontinued versions. Hence, you received errors when registering it.
Though online registration is no longer possible, we can still register it using a validation code. I'd recommend preparing your QuickBooks license and product numbers. Our QuickBooks Support Team will be able to generate validation code using those information.

I am not sure you are able migrating it to QBO from your current version. Try upgrading it first to latest version using the trial one.
Then I would recommend to verify your data (condensing is a good one also) prior migrating it to QBO. Good luck!
