Transactions shown in the merchant services, my bank account linked to Quickbooks, when payment is made via Apple pay it shows as payment made by Apple & not the organisation I am paying to. I need the organisation I am paying to show & just not read “Apple”.

Since Merchant entries are handled by our Payments Support team, I recommend contacting them to check this further. Our representatives can help to ensure the organisation you’re paying shows up instead of Apple. Furthermore, they can correct events right away and find more solutions.

Why do you not just supply me with link to chat to the Payments Support Team. I’m being made to remember loads of information to get there!!!!

Hi Ghonet Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. We'd be grateful if you could navigate to the banking/for review page within your QuickBooks account, while logged in using a browser/computer > select the small cog displayed above 'ACTION' and to the right of the print and export icon > ensure that you have 'Show bank details' and 'Copy bank details to memo' selected. If they are already selected, deselect them > refresh the page > reselect the options.
Where did I apply the payment? I don’t understand your question. You do not need anymore information, the issue is self explanatory. Please don’t overcomplicate this. It’s not that deep. I need to see whom I’m making payments to & for it not just read “Apple” It’s not an issue with my bank as I’ve contacted them. It’s your end. My bank never just lists Apple Payment” on my statements but clearly states whom I’ve paid.

Please note, data is sent in a one-way transfer from your bank to QuickBooks, meaning we can only display the information provided. You can follow the steps listed by my colleague, John C, above, to check that the full downloaded bank detail is showing on your banking page in QuickBooks.
