Merchant Services - when I use Apply pay it shows as paying Apple in my account history & not whom I paid i.e thecompany?

Transactions shown in the merchant services, my bank account linked to Quickbooks, when payment is made via Apple pay it shows as payment made by Apple & not the organisation I am paying to. I need the organisation I am paying to show & just not read “Apple”.
