Hello,
All of our item names have a "/" in them, today (or recently) something has changed so that these are no longer accepted and we cannot make changes to items (as they can't be saved).
Can you fix this please.

Hi Nick I sent you an email from the case on Tuesday letting you know that the case has been added to the investigation. Have you possibly received it in your spam or junk folder?
