Hi there,
So I just set up an account, and then noticed that my phone number needed to be verified - no problem, except for the fact that the dropdown list does not accept Mainland Chinese phone numbers (I live in Mainland China). Naturally, I would like to cancel my account if it is not possible to verify it, but am worried that I will not be able to cancel said account as it is not verified (cannot be verified, it seems) using my phone number.
Naturally, I do not want to be charged for an account to which I have no access, so I would like to ask for the advice of the community and staff at QuickBooks, before it is too late to resolve this issue.

The account’s region is set by the region’s website in which the subscription was made. To ensure you've signed up to the correct country, you may need to sign up for an account by choosing the country first: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.

If your company is located in China, you should open a QB Online Global version for China.

Thank you for those steps, however it is later revealed to me that to complete the cancellation, I will need to call a number.
This is not ideal, as I am based outside of the country to which this number belongs, and therefore calling it is not a possibility. Is it possible to have them call me to confirm my intention to cancel this subscription?
